Territory: Delhi NCR, Haryana, Uttarakhand | Full-time, Field Role

Compensation: ₹60,000–75,000/month + additional allowances and incentives

KleanEarth BioEnergies Pvt. Ltd. is a sustainability-focused company transforming agricultural waste into clean, high-value bio-products that replace coal in industrial boilers — a rapid-growing market across textiles, paper, food processing, FMCG, beverages, dairy, pharma, plastic packaging, and chemicals.

Role Description The Sales Executive will drive business growth across Delhi NCR, Haryana, and Uttarakhand.

Key responsibilities
Identify and qualify high-consumption boiler clients across textiles, FMCG, beverages, paper, plastic packaging, rubber and related industries
Run sampling and boiler trials through to material approval
Build rapport at all three account levels — boiler operators, store incharges, and business owners
Conduct meetings and product presentations with industry owners and decision makers
Prepare proposals and quotations; negotiate terms; book orders and close deals to meet or exceed targets




Manage the sales pipeline with accurate records in CRM tools
Coordinate with operations teams for timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis
Field presence: 22 of 30 days on territory

Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in lead generation, customer relationship management, and consultative selling
Experience preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing sales in B2B or industrial markets
Ability to conduct market research, analyze sales data, and identify new business opportunities
Robust communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across diverse stakeholders — from boiler operators to promoters
Comfort with field work, frequent travel, and in office customer interactions across NCR, Haryana, and Uttarakhand
Basic proficiency in MS Office and sales documentation
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or related field, sales experience in energy, industrial fuels, agribusiness, or sustainability sectors is an advantage
