We are a representative office in Chennai, India, and we are actively expanding our team and looking for a suitable Sales Coordinator.

Responsibilities
preparation of quotations and pro forma invoices, and maintenance of summaries (spares)
customer communication regarding receipt of purchase orders, material deliveries and invoices
follow-up on outstanding payments
handling e-tendering through customer portals

Qualifications
any graduate with experience (0–1 years)
general knowledge of business processes
mandatory knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point and Microsoft D365




should have positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
good command of written and spoken English
oft-spoken, a good listener, and possessing a problem-solving attitude
