Sales Coordinator – Ahmedabad

Full time | In office

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and prepare quotations.
Process orders and coordinate with customers and internal teams.
Track deliveries, payments, and order status.
Maintain sales records and CRM data.
Follow up on leads and support the sales team.
Prepare basic sales reports for management.
Resolve customer and shipment-related issues.

Requirements
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM.
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Sales/inside sales experience preferred.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Packaging/manufacturing experience is an advantage.
