Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our Real Estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with potential customers, explaining property details, arranging site visits, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through calls, references, and other sources.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Follow up with prospective clients regularly.
Arrange and conduct property/site visits.
Negotiate and close sales deals.
Maintain customer records and sales reports.
Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate/Sales preferred.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and confident personality.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Experience: 1–3 Years / Fresher also

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
