Job Role: Sales Engineer

Job Location: Bangalore & Pune

Responsibilities:
Communicating with customer, internal technical engineers to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
Monitoring the supplied equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures includes spare parts.
Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on protected and effective equipment use.
Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.
Effective closing meetings with customer with proper MoM documents and customer satisfaction feedback.
The ability to remain skilled under pressure.
Computer knowledge with MS Office working skill.
Ability to install the machinery equipment and to provide proper training on the machine/ equipment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
