Role Overview

We are looking for driven and ambitious Sales Executives to join our growing team in Noida. You will be responsible for engaging with UK-based leads, converting enquiries into customers, and guiding them through our range of professional training courses.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound UK customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
Recommend suitable training programs based on customer needs
Explain course offerings, pricing, and enrolment process
Build relationships with prospective customers and close sales
Convert enquiries into successful course bookings
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups
Coordinate with UK operations for smooth learner onboarding

Requirements
3+ years of sales or customer-facing experience
Excellent English communication




Confidence on calls with solid persuasion skills
Basic computer and familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho experience is a bonus)
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
