We are looking for a target-oriented Sales Executive to drive gym membership sales, generate leads, and convert prospects into active members.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and convert leads through calls, walk-ins, references, and local outreach.
Achieve monthly membership sales and revenue targets.
Conduct gym tours and explain membership plans, packages, and facilities.
Follow up with leads and prospective customers regularly.
Upsell personal training, fitness packages, and other services.
Maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective members.
Participate in local marketing and lead-generation activities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Handle customer queries and support the team in improving member retention.
Pay: ₹10,047.36 - ₹17,000.00 per month
