Qualification:
MBA Freshers – Sales / Marketing / Business Development or related specialization
BE/B.Tech – Electrical Engineering
BE/B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering

Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential customers across industries
Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn and online research
Understand customer requirements and explain Retrack Automation’s fuel-management and automation solutions
Follow up with prospective customers and schedule meetings/product demonstrations
Support preparation of quotations, proposals and customer presentations
Maintain lead and customer follow-up records
Coordinate with technical and service teams for customer requirements
Support sales campaigns and business-development activities
Build skilled relationships with prospective and existing customers




Assist the sales team in achieving business-development targets

Candidate Preference:
Freshers interested in building a career in technical sales and business development
Robust communication and presentation skills
Hindi and English communication skills are significant
Willingness to learn industrial products, RFID, IoT and automation solutions
Comfortable communicating with customers through phone calls and meetings
Self-motivated, confident and willing to take ownership of follow-ups
Willing to travel for customer meetings and site visits when required

Career Opportunity:

This is a 6-month full-time internship with a stipend of ₹10,000 per month .

Upon successful completion of the internship, candidates may be considered for a full-time position based on performance and business requirements. Salary for the full-time role will be decided at the time of confirmation.
