Business Development Manager (BDM) – Sales

Climeto Sustainable Services Private Limited is looking for a agile and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth and build solid client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, market research, email outreach, and lead-generation activities.
Identify potential B2B clients and build robust professional relationships.
Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service discussions.
Prepare proposals, negotiate with clients, and close deals.
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain regular follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain accurate sales records and updates in the CRM.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Business Development/B2B Sales/Corporate Sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation,



and presentation skills.
Strong client relationship and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Experience with CRM and lead-generation tools is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹14,376.95 - ₹57,086.21 per month
