- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.

- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and other equipment-related issues.

- Ensure maximum availability and reliability of production machinery.

- Conduct regular inspections of machines and identify potential failures.

- Analyze breakdowns and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.

- Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, checklists, and reports.

- Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimum disruption.

- Procure and manage spare parts, consumables, and maintenance tools.

- Coordinate with external contractors, vendors and service providers when required.

- Ensure proper installation, commissioning, and maintenance of new equipment.

- Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements to reduce downtime and maintenance costs.

- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, statutory requirements, and company policies.





- Support energy-saving and machine-efficiency improvement initiatives.

- Train operators and technicians on basic equipment care and preventive maintenance practices.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.

- 2–5 years of experience in plant/machinery maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

- Good knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical maintenance systems.

- Experience with preventive and breakdown maintenance.

- Knowledge of PLCs, motors, drives, pumps, compressors, hydraulics, and pneumatics is an advantage.

- Basic knowledge of maintenance planning and documentation.

- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of industrial safety practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
