Job Summary The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the effective maintenance and operation of electrical systems in the plant. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and assisting in process improvements. Candidates with 5-7 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably in Cold Rolling Mills, and knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, IATF, and 5S methodology will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on plant machinery and utilities.
- Ensure the smooth operation of electrical systems, including transformers, switchgear, motors, generators, UPS, PLCs, and VFDs.
- Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Support installation, commissioning, and modifications of electrical equipment.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, and IATF standards.
- Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in energy conservation and efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Maintain maintenance records and support audit documentation.
- Promote 5S methodology and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications & Experience  Education: Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

 Experience: 5-7 years in electrical maintenance, preferably in Cold Rolling Mills or a similar industry.

 Age Criteria - 30-45 years

Skills & Competencies





 Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, switchgear, PLCs, and automation.

 Experience in power distribution, transformers, and electrical safety standards.

 Familiarity with utility maintenance (motors, VFDs, UPS, generators, etc.).

 Knowledge of ISO standards and industry compliance requirements.

 Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

 "Can Do" approach with a proactive and hands-on attitude.
