Overall the Supervisor is responsible for the operation, maintenance and optimization of cutting machines.

1. Program and set up laser cutting machines for different designs, ensuring accurate and

productive cutting.
1. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal

performance.
1. Supervise and manage a team of laser cutting machine operators.
2. Monitor cutting processes to identify and resolve issues related to cutting speed,

material quality & machine calibration.
1. Ensure that all safety procedures and standards are followed during operations.
2. Test & validate cuts to ensure the correct quality & dimensions are met.
3. Work with other departments to support production schedules and quality control.
4. Keep record of output & efficiency, maintenance, repairs and machine settings for future

reference.
1. Research and implement new techniques to improve cutting quality and machine





efficiency.
1. Provide ongoing training & development to machine operators.

Skills & Qualifications
1. Proficient in operation & programming laser cutting machines.
2. Strong understanding of CAD/CAM software & its application in laser cutting.
3. Mechanical aptitude & problem solving skills
4. Attention to detail and ability to work with precise measurements.
5. Knowledge of materials used in laser cutting processes (metals, plastics etc.)
6. Safety-conscious with an understanding of proper machine operation & safety protocols.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Laser Cutting Operation: 3 years (Required)
