- Operate CNC Milling / CNC Turning machines independently.
- Perform machine setting as per drawing and production requirements.
- Set tools, offsets, work holding and cutting parameters.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and dimensions.
- Perform program editing and offset corrections when required.
- Carry out in-process inspection using Vernier, Micrometer and other measuring instruments.
- Ensure components are produced as per quality and dimensional requirements.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic machine / tooling issues.
- Maintain proper production and quality records.
- Follow safety procedures and production targets.
- For senior positions, independently handle the complete CNC setup, operation and production process.
