M365 Senior Engineer – Responsibilities 4+ years in Microsoft 365 administration and advanced security/compliance management Administer and optimize Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and related M365 services. Configure and monitor Microsoft Defender for Office 365 threat policies and perform threat analysis. Handle compliance tasks in Microsoft Purview & Priva (eDiscovery, Litigation Hold, DLP, Insider Risk Management) and ensure regulatory adherence.

Administer Power

Platform with governance and troubleshooting.

Maintain

Azure AD Connect synchronization and implement Conditional Access, MFA, and Zero Trust security policies. Lead device management and compliance using Microsoft Intune (MAM/MDM for all platforms).

Manage Azure Enterprise

Apps (registration, permissions review, consent governance, and security posture).

Develop





PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting; document processes for L1 teams. Oversee user, group, and license management; ensure robust email security (DMARC/Valimail). Monitor service health, audit logs, and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills Expertise in Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).

Experience with device management (Intune), MAM/MDM, and endpoint security. Solid knowledge of Defender for Office 365, Purview, Priva, Power Platform, and Azure Enterprise App management. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation. Hands-on experience with Azure AD and AD Connect. Familiarity with compliance frameworks and threat analysis.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
