Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, or chat to resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and skilled manner.

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and adhering to company policies.

- Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling products/services based on customer needs and preferences.

- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Job Requirements :

- 0-5 years of experience in BPO/call center environment.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.

- Proficiency in processing transactions using computer software applications (e.g., CRM systems).

- Ability to work effectively under pressure with tight deadlines.
