About the Role

Are you a fresher looking to start your career in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or Coordination? We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable with Microsoft Excel, enjoys coordinating with people, and wants to build a career in logistics and operations.

You don't need prior logistics experience. If you are a quick learner with good communication skills, basic Excel knowledge, and a proactive attitude, we would love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will learn and support day-to-day logistics operations, including:

- Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, production teams, and internal teams.
- Track shipments and follow up on pickups and deliveries.
- Update shipment status and maintain tracking sheets in Microsoft Excel.
- Follow up with transport partners on pending or delayed shipments.
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure goods are ready for dispatch.
- Maintain shipping records, invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and other documents.
- Monitor movement of goods and report any discrepancies.
- Communicate with different stakeholders regarding shipment updates.
- Prepare daily and weekly logistics reports.
- Maintain organized records of shipments and logistics documentation.




- Assist the team with import/export documentation when required.
- Escalate delays, damages, or other operational issues to the reporting manager.
- Learn and follow company logistics processes and documentation requirements.

- Are a fresher or have up to 2 years of experience.
- Have good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Are comfortable working with spreadsheets, data, and tracking reports.
- Have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Can write professional emails.
- Are organized and valuable at follow-ups.
- Pay attention to details and accuracy.
- Can coordinate with multiple people and teams.
- Are willing to learn logistics and supply chain processes.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow them through to completion.
- Are available to join immediately or at short notice.

Excel Skills We’re Looking For

You don't need to be an Excel expert, but you should be comfortable with:

- Creating and updating Excel sheets
- Sorting and filtering data
- Basic formulas
- Maintaining trackers
- Preparing simple reports
- Managing and organizing large amounts of data

Knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas,



or other advanced Excel functions will be an advantage, but is NOT mandatory for freshers.
