Qualification & Experience
- Minimum 10th / 12th pass
- Valid Heavy Vehicle / Loader Operator License, as applicable
- 2–5 years’ experience in loader operation, preferably in mineral/industrial plants
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate the Wheel Loader for raw material and product handling.
- Load, unload and transfer kaolin/clay materials as per production requirements.
- Maintain proper material feeding to the plant.
- Carry out daily equipment checks and report abnormalities.
- Maintain cleanliness and protected working conditions around the loader area.
- Coordinate with Production, DCS and Maintenance teams.
- Follow all SOPs, PPE and safety procedures.
- Support continuous plant operations and achieve production targets.
Pay: ₹10,951.84 - ₹38,238.84 per month
