We are hiring Sales Managers – Home Loan & LAP for a leading NBFC organization.

Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA

Locations: Bengaluru – HSR Layout | Ramanagar | Mysore | Bengaluru – Yelahanka | Bengaluru – Attibele | Bengaluru – Peenya

Experience: 1+ years in Home Loan / LAP / Loan Sales

Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through field activities, marketing and local market outreach
Meet customers and recommend suitable Home Loan / LAP products
Handle customer visits, branch walk-ins, presentations and site promotions
Achieve sales targets in terms of value and volume
Manage the complete sales process including pre- and post-sanction activities
Coordinate documentation and ensure smooth customer service
Build solid customer relationships and resolve customer queries

Candidate Profile:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loan / LAP / secured loan sales




BFSI/NBFC experience preferred
Solid communication, selling and persuasion skills
Field sales and customer-facing experience
Knowledge of English, Hindi and regional language preferred
Graduate in any discipline preferred

Candidates experienced in Home Loan or Loan Against Property only needs to apply. Candidate should have field experience in any of the above mentioned locations.

Candidate should be willing for field work.
