We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Loyalty Management (SFLM) / Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Consultant with 4+ years of Salesforce experience to design, implement, and support customer loyalty solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Salesforce Loyalty Cloud, Customer Engagement, and Salesforce platform configuration/customization.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement Salesforce Loyalty Cloud (SFLM) solutions for customer loyalty and rewards programs.
Configure loyalty program structures, tiers, points accrual/redemption, promotions, and partner programs.
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Customize Salesforce using Flows, Apex, Lightning Components, and integrations where required.
Work closely with business stakeholders to improve customer engagement and retention strategies.




Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to loyalty programs and Salesforce applications.
Participate in end-to-end project activities including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile methodologies.

Required Skills
4+ years of Salesforce experience.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management (SFLM) / Salesforce Loyalty Cloud.

Robust understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
