We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Salesforce Lead to drive end-to-end CRM implementations across diverse business use cases. You will lead development across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, manage integrations, and guide teams to deliver scalable, high-quality CRM solutions.

If you have solid technical expertise in Salesforce, along with leadership in solution design, development, integrations, and DevOps, this role is the right fit.

Key Skills
7+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with leadership exposure.
Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce custom development.
Strong command over Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Deep understanding of Salesforce data model and security model.
Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Copado, and Gearset.
Solid experience in system architecture, scalability, and integrations.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
Salesforce Application Architect certification.
