Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. The role involves hands-on development, technical decision-making, and mentoring the Salesforce development team while collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality business solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end technical design and development of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications
Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce technical solutions
Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers, including code reviews and best practice guidance
Design and implement Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and Visualforce pages
Ensure Salesforce implementations adhere to security, performance, and governor limits
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools
Manage deployments using CI/CD pipelines, version control, and Salesforce DX




Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams throughout the SDLC
Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices
Support production issues and provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer.

Technical Skills
Robust expertise in Salesforce Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL.
Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Robust knowledge of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and profiles.
Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, middleware tools)
Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and deployment tools.
Familiarity with asynchronous processing (Batch Apex, Queueable, Scheduled Apex)

Functional & Leadership Skills
Ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior developers.
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
