About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Net Zero Cloud QA with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Quality Engineering and Testing.

Requirements
Hands-on experience testing Salesforce Platform applications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Net Zero Cloud, and custom Salesforce implementations.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Platform capabilities including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Validation Rules, APIs, and Security Model.
Experience validating Salesforce configurations, customizations, integrations, and data migrations.
Hands-on experience with Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End-to-End Testing.
Experience testing Salesforce integrations involving REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware platforms, and external enterprise applications.
Experience validating data migration, bulk data uploads, data transformations, and data reconciliation activities.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Must Have
Salesforce Testing and Quality Assurance experience.




Robust understanding of Salesforce Platform functionality and architecture.
Experience testing Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, and integrations.
Data migration and data validation testing experience.
Experience with defect management and test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
Strong expertise in preparing test scenarios, test cases, defect reporting, and test execution.

Nice To Have
Experience with Salesforce test automation tools such as Copado Robotic Testing, Selenium.
Experience developing and maintaining automated regression test suites.
Experience testing API integrations and middleware-based solutions.
Experience working in CI/CD and DevOps-enabled Salesforce delivery settings.
Domain experience in CRM, Customer Service, Sustainability, Financial Services, or Industry Cloud implementations.

Preferred Certifications
Required: Salesforce Administrator
