Role Overview As a Tech Lead – Full Stack, you will drive the technical execution of key modules within our flagshipproduct. You will work closely with architects and product stakeholders to implement scalable, highperformance solutions across frontend, backend, databases, and Azure cloud infrastructure. This is a hands-on Lead role where you will guide the development team, ensure engineering bestpractices, and contribute actively to coding and delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end technical implementation for assigned modules using. NET, React, Python,and Azure Paa S. Collaborate with Architects to translate high-level designs into detailed technical designs andimplementation plans. Own code quality, performance optimization,



and technical delivery for the team. Contribute hands-on to backend and frontend development. Implement scalable and secure Azure cloud components aligned with defined architecture. Develop and maintain integrations with external systems and APIs. Participate in design discussions and provide technical inputs for solution improvements.
