Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure smooth delivery.
Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their skilled growth.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and technical approaches.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
Experience in system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting within SAP environments.
Knowledge of database management and backup strategies related to SAP systems.
Familiarity with transport management and system upgrades in SAP landscapes.
Ability to manage user authorizations and security configurations effectively.
Solid problem-solving skills to address complex technical issues in SAP Basis.

Additional Information
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
This position is based at our Indore office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
