Team Leadership & Training: Hires, trains, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all salespeople. They also arrange product training whenever current car models or features launch.

Sales Strategy & Goal Setting: Establishes annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit.

Inventory Management: Oversees recent and used vehicle stock levels, monitors floor traffic control data, and assists with vehicle trade-in appraisals.

Deal Closing & Customer Relations: Assists sales executives in closing tough deals, handles client escalations, and ensures high customer satisfaction.

Budgeting & Reporting: Analyzes sales reports, manages marketing promotions, and tracks performance metrics for senior management.





Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive retail or sales management.

Communication: Exceptional active listening, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of vehicle inventory, local market trends.

Location: Kadakkal

Salary: Attractive salary and packages.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
