About the Role:

Sasha Healthcare is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales growth, develop recent business opportunities, and build strong relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centres, healthcare professionals, and business partners.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through calls, LinkedIn, email, referrals, field visits, and other channels.
Identify and connect with hospitals, diagnostic centres, clinics, healthcare organizations, and potential business partners.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable medical equipment and solutions.
Handle incoming leads, follow up regularly, and convert qualified prospects into customers.
Maintain solid relationships with existing and potential customers.
Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, healthcare events, conferences, and industry meetings.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
2–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
Experience in medical equipment,



healthcare, diagnostic equipment, medical devices, or related industries will be preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in handling B2B clients and sales follow-ups.
Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving results.
Ability to independently identify and develop new business opportunities.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Proficiency in English and local/regional languages is an advantage.
