Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales and business development strategies.
Handle and lead telesales activities and monitor team performance.
Manage client communication, meetings, and negotiations.
Generate current leads and convert prospects into clients.
Build and maintain solid client relationships.
Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Handle client queries, follow-ups, and escalations.
Prepare sales reports and monitor business performance.
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing/Business Development.
Solid experience in telesales and client handling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Target-oriented with strong business development capabilities.
Good knowledge of customer relationship management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
