Job Description ABOUT THE ROLE
Wisemonk is hiring an Agentic AI Developer on behalf of our client, a leading MNC organisation. This is a fully remote, full time role.
We are looking for an Agentic AI Developer who is passionate about building intelligent systems that go beyond experiments and into real-world use. You will design, develop and deploy AI Agents, LLM-powered features and end-to-end AI pipelines that drive tangible business outcomes.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and deploy AI Agents that automate workflows, support decisions and drive measurable business outcomes
- Develop and deploy AI/ML models and LLM-powered features into production environments
- Build and manage RAG pipelines, embedding pipelines and vector database integrations
- Work with prompt engineering and agentic orchestration frameworks to bring intelligent features to life
- Integrate AI frameworks such as Semantic Kernel and MAF into scalable solutions
- Work with on-premises models (e.g. Qwen on H200s)



and cloud-based AI APIs (OpenAI / Anthropic)
- Handle model fine-tuning, evaluation and MLOps / LLMOps practices
- Design and consume RESTful APIs that support AI feature integrations
- Monitor, optimise and take ownership of AI systems - reliability, accuracy and performance matter
- Collaborate in agile teams, participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
- Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into intelligent technical solutions
