Job Location - Hyderabad

Experience - 6 Years to 12 Years

Notice Period - Immediate to 15 days.
Monitor contract renewals and provide timely updates to Sales and Business Teams.
Review customer contracts, commercial agreements, amendments, and legal documents.
Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize vendor contracts and commercial agreements.
Track legal suggestions, observations, and action items until closure and report status during MRM/Retro meetings.
Coordinate with Internal Auditors and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
Monitor Contractual Liability Insurance renewals and compliance requirements.
Monitor changes in laws and regulations and recommend required business/process updates.
Prepare and track annual legal and compliance activity plans.
Manage NDA execution, repository maintenance, and NDA-related associate activities.
Conduct NDA orientation and awareness sessions for employees.
Support litigation, disputes, legal notices, and external counsel coordination.
