Job description
Responsible for providing IT helpdesk support to end users on IT hardware and software problems, and support on IT Infrastructure and resolve them in a timely manner.
Provide IT/End-user support (setup and deploy computers, IT equipment, software patches, troubleshooting, etc.)
IT assets management (computers, IT devices, IT equipment, software, warranties, etc.)
IT administration (reports, projects, documentations, records, helpdesk tool)
