We are looking for an experienced life insurance Agency Channel Manager who has independently handled the pure agency channel from scratc h and has a proven track record of building and scaling the business.

LOCATION : CHENNAI

EXperience: 6-8 yrs

4-5 years as a sales manager, preferably in an insurance company

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø Robust experience in life insurance – Agency Channel

Ø Should have independently managed the agency business

Ø Proven ability to build a team from scratch

Ø Experience in hiring and onboarding agents from the open market

Ø Strong capability to recruit, train, activate, and retain agents

Ø Ability to drive agent productivity and business growth

Ø Strong local market knowledge and recruitment network

Ø Should be capable of scaling the agency business independently

Ø Candidate who has handled multiple branches/team will be preferred

Ø Take ownership of the entire agency channel/Build a strong agent network from the ground up

Ø Has Excellent recruitment and team building skills/ target oriented and business focused

Pay: Up to ₹1,400,000.00 per year
