Key Responsibilities
1. To conduct property due diligence and handle end to end documentation required for acquisition of PAN India Properties (specifically North India, East India and Gujarat)
2. Structure, Negotiate and finalize MOU, sale deeds, lease deeds and other transaction documents
3. Apply structured problem-solving skills to create value for the organization.
4. Lead initiatives to put in place best in class systems and processes in order to improve team performance
5. Interactions: Law firms, Advocates, Solicitors, Business Development teams, Developers
