We are looking for a dedicated Legal Associate to join our litigation and advisory team.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: LLB / Integrated LLB.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in litigation or IP law.
- Freshers: We welcome applications from fresh graduates who possess strong grasping power, a hunger to learn, and exceptional academic records.
- Skills: * Exceptional English communication (written and verbal) is a must.
- Strong analytical skills for complex case law research.
- Ability to draft accurate legal documents and pleadings.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel is a must. You should be comfortable formatting complex legal documents, maintaining case trackers, and managing data sets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Drafting: Legal notices, petitions, counters, and rejoinders for IP litigation.
- IP Operations: Conducting Trademark, Design, and Patent searches; assisting in the filing of applications.
- Litigation Support: Assisting in drafting and filing Oppositions and Rectifications; preparing for court matters and hearings.
- Research: Finding precedents and providing support for Corporate Law and ISI Registration advisories.
- Client Liaison: Managing professional communication with domestic and international clients.
