Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers and testers
- Develop and implement QA strategies, processes, and best practices
- Conduct performance reviews and provide career development guidance
- Foster a culture of quality throughout the development organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, Product, and DevOps Quality Assurance Strategy
- Define and execute comprehensive test strategies for multiple projects
- Establish testing standards, guidelines, and quality gates
- Drive the adoption of automation testing frameworks and tools
- Implement risk-based testing approaches to optimize coverage
- Monitor and report on quality metrics and KPIs

Technical Responsibilities

- Design and review test plans, test cases, and testing procedures
- Oversee manual and automated testing activities
- Lead root cause analysis for critical defects and quality issues
- Evaluate and recommend testing tools and technologies
- Ensure proper test workplace management and data setup

Process Improvement

- Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies
- Drive integration of testing activities into CI/CD pipelines
- Implement shift-left testing practices




- Establish defect prevention and early detection strategies
- Lead post-release quality assessments and lessons learned sessions

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, etc.) • Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, etc.)
- Knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.) • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, qTest)

Leadership Skills

- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in stakeholder management and reporting
- Ability to make data-driven decisions
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in relevant field
- ISTQB or other relevant testing certifications
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Knowledge of security testing principles and tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Background in mobile application testing
- Experience with microservices and containerized application
