ITC Infotech is looking for passionate and experienced Generative AI Engineers to build next-generation AI solutions powered by Azure OpenAI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI/ML technologies.
We are seeking professionals with solid Generative AI foundations who can design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI applications. Candidates with exposure to Agentic AI frameworks are highly valued, but a solid GenAI background remains the primary focus.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Generative AI solutions using OpenAI and Azure OpenAI Services.
- Build intelligent applications leveraging LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Create high-quality prompt engineering frameworks and AI workflows.
- Fine-tune and optimize models for enterprise use cases.
- Develop scalable AI solutions using Python and Azure cloud services.
- Implement data ingestion, retrieval,



and knowledge-grounding architectures.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Ensure performance, security, scalability, and Responsible AI compliance.
