Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct sales and collection activities through outbound and inbound phone calls (No targets).
Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries and concerns.
Maintain clear, confident, and courteous communication at all times.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Qualifications:
Solid verbal communication skills in Hindi (mandatory); Tamil is an added advantage.
Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and professionally.
Positive, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.
Prior experience in customer service or tele-calling will be an added advantage.
