Role: MEP Architect.

Job Location: Bhopal.

Total Experience: 3 To 8 Years.

Responsibilities:
Design and engineer MEP systems including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection as per project requirements and applicable codes.
Prepare detailed MEP drawings, layouts, schematics, and technical documentation using AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and related software.
Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and system sizing to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to identify challenges and propose technical solutions.
Review contractor-submitted MEP shop drawings and ensure alignment with design intent and specifications.
Provide technical support during construction and coordination stages, resolving MEP-related issues on time.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and regulations for retail, commercial, and government projects.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
