Role & responsibilities

SAP HR Time Management (CATS) Consultant
Configure and maintain core Time Management setup, including Holiday Calendars and Work Schedules (including Rotational Schedules), ensuring accurate scheduling and calendar allocation across employee groups and locations.
Design and manage Time-Off Balance Management and Time-Off Request processes, enabling accurate accrual, entitlement tracking, and self-service leave request workflows for employees and managers.
Implement and support Time Capture processes including capturing time against cost objects, WBS elements, or other assignments via CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheet) — ensuring accurate recording of employee working hours and activities.
Manage the Review,



Resolution, and Approval of Time data, along with Time Processing (evaluation, valuation, and integration with Payroll), to ensure clean, error-free time data flows into downstream HR and Finance processes.
Handle Historical Time Adjustments and corrections, e nsuring retroactive changes are accurately processed and reconciled, while partne ring with HR/Payroll teams to resolve discrepancies and support period-end time closing activities.
