Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement SAP IBP solutions across Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Supply Planning, Response Planning, and S&OP.;
Configure Planning Areas, Key Figures, Master Data Types, Attributes, and Planning Levels.
Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW, CRM, MES, WMS, and external applications.
Develop and maintain data integration solutions using SAP CPI-DS and SAP Integration Suite.
Perform data validation, cleansing, transformation, and quality management activities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable planning solutions.
Support forecasting, supply chain planning, and inventory optimization processes.
Participate in Agile project delivery, testing, deployment, and support activities.
Provide client-facing consulting and solution recommendations.
Lead workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.

Required Skills




Solid expertise in SAP IBP modules:
Demand Planning (DP)
Supply Planning (SP)
Inventory Optimization (IO)
Response & Supply Planning (RSP)
Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;)
Hands-on experience in Planning Areas, Key Figures, Attributes, and Time Profiles.
Experience with SAP CPI-DS and SAP Integration Suite.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA/ECC integration.
Robust understanding of supply chain and planning processes.
Experience in data migration, validation, and master data management.
Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills
Experience in end-to-end SAP IBP implementation projects.
Team leadership and project management experience.
Exposure to multiple industry domains.
SAP IBP Certification is preferred.
