Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create engaging posts, reels, and short-form videos
Shoot and edit videos for social media campaigns
Plan and execute content calendars
Monitor trends and create trend-based content
Handle paid ads (Meta Ads, Instagram Ads - basic knowledge preferred)
Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
Respond to comments, DMs, and audience queries
Coordinate with marketing/sales team for campaign execution

Required Skills:
Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, VN, etc.)
Basic graphic designing skills (Canva, Photoshop preferred)
Robust understanding of Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts algorithm
Knowledge of content strategy and engagement growth
Positive communication and copywriting skills
Ability to shoot videos using mobile or DSLR
Basic knowledge of social media ads & analytics

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,393.92 - ₹35,566.60 per month
