We are looking for an experienced SAP IDM Consultant/Developer with robust expertise in SAP Identity Management, SAP Security, and Identity Governance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting SAP IDM solutions, along with integration experience across SAP and non-SAP applications.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement SAP IDM solutions for user lifecycle management and access provisioning.
Configure and customize SAP IDM workflows, tasks, approval processes, and business rules.
Integrate SAP IDM with SAP systems, HR applications, Active Directory, and other identity sources.
Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, access requests, and role management processes.
Perform SAP security assessments and implement access control measures.
Troubleshoot and resolve IDM application, workflow, and performance issues.
Develop custom enhancements using Java, JavaScript, and MS SQL.
Support audits, compliance activities, and governance requirements.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver IAM solutions.




Prepare technical documentation and provide end-user support.

Required Skills
8+ years of experience in SAP IDM implementation and support.
Solid expertise in SAP IDM customization and workflow development.
In-depth understanding of SAP Security and Authorization concepts.
Experience with User Provisioning and De-provisioning processes.
Hands-on experience in Java, JavaScript, and MS SQL.
Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
Experience integrating SAP IDM with HR systems, Active Directory, and other identity sources.
Understanding of Identity Governance and Identity Lifecycle Management concepts.
Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
SAP IDM Certification.
Experience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions.
Exposure to cloud-based identity and access management platforms.

Mandatory Skills SAP IDM, SAP Identity Management, SAP Security, SAP Authorizations, RBAC, SoD, User Provisioning, Identity Governance, Java, JavaScript, MS SQL, Active Directory Integration, Identity Lifecycle Management.
