Key Requirements & Responsibilities
Handle import and export trade operations.
Coordinate international shipments and documentation.
Prepare all required documents for exports like commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of landing, COO, etc.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and policies.
Manage and maintain ERP entries related to export/import transactions.
Coordinate domestic logistics and transportation.
Liaise with freight forwarders, CHA, transporters, and other stakeholders.
Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
