We are seeking an experienced Selenium Automation Engineer with 6+ years of expertise in test automation, framework design, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts while ensuring high-quality software delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Skills & Requirements
Strong hands-on experience in Selenium Automation Testing
Expertise in test automation script development and execution
Experience in test framework design (e.g., Hybrid, Data-Driven, Page Object Model)
Solid understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC)
Ability to analyze and understand business and functional requirements
Experience in test case design, execution, and maintenance
Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, Bugzilla)
Experience in test reporting and documentation
Familiarity with programming languages like Java / Python (preferred)
Experience working in Agile (Scrum) methodology
Strong communication skills for client coordination

Roles & Responsibilities
Design,



develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium
Execute automated and manual test cases as required
Develop and enhance automation frameworks
Analyze requirements and create detailed test scenarios and test cases
Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools
Prepare and share test execution reports and dashboards
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders for quality assurance
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Continuously improve automation coverage and testing processes
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases
