Job Title: Cost Estimator

Department: Pre-Construction

Responsibilities:
Review and assess cost estimates.
Identify labour, material, costs and time requirements by researching proposals, blueprints, and any related documents.
Prepare detailed cost estimate reports.
Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analysing information.
Maintains cost database by entering and backing up data.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:
1+ years’ experience in construction estimating.
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
Able to read architectural plans and develop cost estimates.
Robust understanding of construction processes.
Proficiency with MS office 365.
Able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
Impeccable problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
