Teaching Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lessons according to the prescribed curriculum.
Use creative teaching methods including activities, storytelling, technology, and projects.
Ensure that learning objectives are achieved by all students.
Classroom Management
Maintain a positive, secure, and inclusive classroom workplace.
Manage student behavior effectively using constructive discipline.
Encourage participation, curiosity, and confidence among students.
Maintain classroom discipline and decorum.
Lesson Planning & Preparation
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, teaching aids, and assessments.
Adapt teaching methods to meet different learning abilities.
Integrate co-curricular activities into classroom learning.
Student Assessment
Conduct class tests, assignments, and periodic assessments.
Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records.
Identify learning gaps and provide additional support when required.
Prepare report cards and progress reports.
Student Development
Support the emotional, social,



and intellectual development of students.
Encourage creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Identify special learning needs and guide students accordingly.
Parent Communication
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
Attend Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to parents.
School Responsibilities
Participate in school events, assemblies, and activities.
Assist in organizing educational programs, competitions, and celebrations.
Follow school policies and academic guidelines.
Administrative Duties
Maintain attendance records and student files.
Submit lesson plans and reports to the academic coordinator.
Support school initiatives and institutional goals.
