We are building a structured, scalable Construction & Interior Material Library platform and are looking for a highly analytical and process-driven Construction Data Architect & Library Head to lead our data architecture and material intelligence system.

This position requires deep understanding of construction and interior material categories and the ability to structure product data in a scalable, app-ready format

The Construction Data Architect will be responsible for designing, organizing, validating, and maintaining a structured product library covering construction and interior materials across multiple categories such as cement, steel, tiles, flooring, laminates, lighting, bathroom fittings, plumbing, hardware, paint, and more.

Key Responsibilities
Data Architecture & Taxonomy Design
Design and maintain category → subcategory → product hierarchy
Define product attribute frameworks (size, finish, material type, grade, usage area, etc.)
Implement cross-category tagging and filtering logic
Quality Control & Validation




Audit SKU-level data entries for accuracy and duplication
Cross-verify image-to-SKU mapping
Maintain naming consistency and attribute alignment
Establish validation checkpoints and sampling review processes
Airtable System Management
Design relational tables and optimize schema
Create structured views, filters, and data relationships
Implement permission controls and workflow logic
Improve database performance and long-term maintainability
Team Leadership & Coordination
Supervise data and visual executives
Define SOPs for data entry and visual tagging
Train team members on category structure and tagging discipline
Tracking & Reporting
Head Notion-based task tracking and data progress monitoring
Build dashboards for output measurement and audit reporting

Ensure measurable productivity and transparent workflow tracking
