Manage overall store operations for catering and event materials including food items, beverages, equipment, décor items, and consumables.
Receive, inspect, and verify quantity and quality of materials as per purchase orders.
Maintain accurate records of stock inward and outward entries for kitchen and event requirements.
Issue materials as per approved indents for kitchen production and event execution.
Ensure proper storage of perishable and non-perishable items following FIFO method.
Maintain separate tracking of event-specific inventory (buffet setups, cutlery, crockery, décor materials, etc.).
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase Department for timely replenishment.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation of event return materials.
Prevent loss, damage, pilferage, and breakage of event equipment and service items.
Ensure proper labeling, stacking,



and protected handling of materials in store and event transport.
Coordinate with Kitchen, F&B;, Event Operations, and Logistics teams for smooth material movement.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in store and storage areas.
Monitor expiry dates and ensure proper disposal of expired or damaged goods.
Prepare daily stock reports, event material issue reports, and monthly inventory statements for Management.
