MedPay is hiring a Field Sales Executive to drive on-ground acquisition and engagement of pharma distributors/stockists for financing and insurance solutions. This is a field-intensive, B2B sales role involving distributor onboarding, KYC coordination, activation, retention, renewals, and disciplined CRM reporting.
Must-Have
1+ year experience in pharma/healthcare field sales.
Hands-on exposure to distributor/stockist networks (wholesalers, super-stockists, CFAs, etc.).
Comfortable with extensive local travel and field work.
Robust communication skills (local language + working English) with ability to explain finance/insurance concepts simply.
Solid follow-up discipline and comfort with documentation/KYC processes
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
