We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and dependable Senior Accountant to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in

Tally ERP , GST , TDS , and Indian taxation, with hands-on experience in GST litigation, GST return filing, annual GST audits , and financial statement preparation.

The role requires a proactive skilled capable of independently managing accounting functions while ensuring compliance with statutory and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance in Tally ER P
Prepare and file GST Return s (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), reconcile GSTR-2 B, and ensure timely statutory compliance
Handle GST litigatio n, departmental notices, assessments, reconciliations, and liaison with tax authorities
Manage Annual GST Audi t, statutory audits, and prepare all supporting schedules and documentation
Ensure accurate accounting of Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM ) transactions
Calculate, deduct, deposit, and file TDS return s (Form 24Q, 26Q) within statutory timelines
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account,



and Balance Sheet
Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations and ensure timely closure of books
Review accounting entries and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory regulations
Identify process improvements and support the finance team in strengthening financial controls

. Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree i n Commerce/Finan ce (B.Com/M.Com); CA Inter or equivalent qualification will be an added advantag e.
5–8 years of relevant experien ce as a Senior Accountant in a corporate organization, retail, or CA firm.
Expert-level proficiency in Tally ERP (Mandatory).
Strong expertise i n GST return filing, GST litigation, GST annual audits, TDS compliance, and Indian taxation .
Sound knowledge of accounting standards, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
Advanced proficiency i n MS Exc el, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial analysis, and reporting.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
