RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and maintain solid relationships with recruiters and industry partners
Identify placement prospects for students across batches
Coordinate interviews, campus drives, and placement activities
Track and update student profiles, resumes, and placement status
Ensure placement targets are achieved within defined timelines
Guide students on interview schedules and placement coordination
Prepare placement reports
Coordinate with students, trainers, recruiters, and management
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Placement.
Experience in education, training institutes, or skill development organizations is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR or Management background is an added advantage) protection standards.
Experience mentoring or leading junior developers is an advantage.
